TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me, you acknowledge to have read and accepted the terms of service

  • Payment is upfront and only through Paypal

  • AI training or alterations of artworks are not allowed in any capacity

  • No artwork is allowed to be used for NFT's or cryptocurrency coins

  • Clients are not allowed to claim ownership, edit, or resell the artwork

  • I retain full ownership of all artworks and rights to use it for portfolio or promotion

  • Commercial rights are subject to additional terms, discussed with each client

  • No refunds once the process has started

  • If i can't complete the artwork, a refund will be issued

  • The client can request up to 6 changes in the early drawing process (draft phase)

  • Mayor changes on late artwork stages will have an extra charge
